Staffing Analyst **Company:** The Boeing Company Job Description **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking**an Experienced Staffing Analyst (Level 3)** to support the **Skills Enhancement Centers team** located in **Everett Washington.** **Position Responsibilities:** * Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria * Analyzes and interprets data * Provides feedback on assessment results * Be able to communicate effectively across all parts of the business and at multiple levels of management * Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes * Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans * Works under general direction * Continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations * Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):** * 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):** * 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership * 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication * Strong data analytical skills. * Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency * Bachelor’s Degree or higher * Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency **Shift:** This role is primarily 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. **COI:** Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace
