The Staff Test Engineer will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of test strategies for complex electromechanical systems and software within Intuitive's products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define clear, testable, and traceable requirements, identify design gaps, and ensure comprehensive system-level test coverage. You will also drive alignment with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with external standards and internal quality requirements. Additionally, you will support team growth by participating in interviews, evaluating potential talents, and mentoring engineers.
