Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis. * Collaborate across teams to link device physics and develop test methodologies and algorithms for wafer test and characterization. * Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings. * Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert. What You’ll Bring / Technical Expertise * Great foundation in semiconductor physics and electrical characterization. * Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory test methodologies. * Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, wafer probers, parametric ATE, and bench systems). * Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as Advantest and Teradyne. * Proficiency in Pyth
