WHAT WE DO Our team owns full-cycle recruiting for technical, R&D roles across Mapbox, partnering closely with engineering & product to bring in the talent that drives our core platform forward. We're a team of 10 recruiters split across the US and Europe, giving us strong regional coverage while operating as one connected global team. As we continue to grow our US presence, this role will play a key part in continuing to scale our recruiting capability in the US and beyond. Work Location: Remote (US-based). Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) are preferred, but this is not a prerequisite. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruiting across all R&D functions from initial research and sourcing to offer negotiations and closing. - Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic Talent Partner to our R&D Hiring Managers & Leaders, aligning technical hiring with long-term business objectives. - Sourcing Strategy: Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that leverage a global network of high-caliber technical talent. - Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with R&D leadership and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisions.
