What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in at least one of: Technical Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or roles in Product Operations / Engineering Operations in large-scale technology company environments, Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering and Product, Familiarity with SW development methodologies, Ability to understand technical architecture and feature development timelines, Excellent analytical skills, Project management capabilities, Demonstrated experience in process design, Track record of driving process improvements and implementing systems, Comfort pushing back on stakeholders when necessary
Nice to Have
Enterprise SaaS product company experience, Prior experience with initiatives involving Finances or in capitalization, Leveraging AI solutions where applicable, Experience with enterprise financial or operational reporting processes, particularly those involving external auditors or regulatory compliance, Ability to interpret financial concepts & audit requirements
What You'll Do.
Drive the end-to-end management of the Software Capitalization process
Maintain the integrity of quarterly reporting
Present findings and validate capitalization decisions during audit cycles
Challenge Engineering and Product teams on feature capitalization decisions
Own the data governance and reporting infrastructure
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of capitalization reports and KPIs
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
Reduce manual effort for Engineering managers
