Must Have

10+ years experience in NPI Hardware development build and test cycles, Proven track record shipping innovative products with custom battery systems, technical depth in battery technologies and power systems across system architecture and managing technical tradeoffs, Knowledge of battery test methodology at cell level and system level, Experience working with product, engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, compliance and regulatory to author requirements and acceptance criteria, Excellent communicator with negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, Thrives in ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and global cross-timezone programs, Passion for health, wellness, and wearable technology

Nice to Have

Experience with global battery suppliers, contract manufacturers, and supply chains, Advanced PM tool proficiency (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and ability to optimize workflows

This Staff level TPM role requires not just exceptional execution, but also the ability to drive technical excellence, anticipate challenges far in advance, and mentor others.
