What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, 8+ years of technical program management experience, technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and distributed, Solid understanding of advertising technology ecosystems, including ad serving, campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, measurement, and converged linear + digital advertising platforms, Owns program level status reporting with clear, accurate, and timely updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and creates concise ‑executive ready‑ artifacts and drives transparent communication across stakeholders, Proven track record of driving large, enterprise‑scale programs from conception through delivery, coordinating global engineering teams, and achieving measurable impact on platform reliability, scalability, adoption, or revenue, Experienced in gathering and synthesizing business, product, and technical aligning roadmaps and execution plans with revenue growth, operational efficiency, client outcomes, and regulatory needs, Exceptional ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal, supported by clear, concise written and verbal communication with senior leaders, Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate technical and organizational risks, complex dependencies, and tradeoffs across multi‑team initiatives, Track record of leading modernization and transformation initiatives, including re‑architecture efforts, platform migrations, and transitions from legacy systems to cloud‑native, scalable solutions, Experience setting program management best practices, improving delivery rigor, and mentoring other TPMs to raise the overall bar for execution at scale
