Must Have
7 - 10 years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment., Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs., Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects, Expert in leveraging Jira to manage complex project workflows, track deliverables, and report on progress, Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams, Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences., Ability to influence and work through others within a matrix organization., Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment., Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions., Experience with agile and other program management methodologies., attention to detail and focus on execution in a data-informed environment., A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling.
Nice to Have
