Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise. What You’ll Do: As a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) within Archer’s Digital Transformation Office (DTO), you will simultaneously close three critical organizational gaps. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of new site physical infrastructure and network readiness, the program governance layer for Enterprise Data Analytics and the Data Science develop and maintain a reusable, versioned site infrastructure playbook to standardize future buildouts. Day-1 Operational Readiness expert ability to build structured program plans, RAID logs, and dashboards. Mobility: Comfort and readiness for active domestic and international travel to support on-site launches. Bonus Qualifications Industry Domain: Background in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or hardware-adjacent industries. Greenfield Buildouts: Experience standing up new offices, hangars, manufacturing facilities, or technical labs from greenfield, including international expansion. Data & Networking Toolsets: Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Sigma, Databricks) and network architecture concepts (LAN/WAN, ISP onboarding, enterprise Wi-Fi). Operational Systems: Exposure to PLM, MES, or engineering systems in a manufacturing or R&D context. Certification: PMP, SAFe, or equivalent TPM ce
