Must Have
8+ years of experience in TPM or Engineering management, with a focus on software development or infrastructure, Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments, Effective at developing roadmaps, able to guide teams through planning activities, analytical mindset, brings data-driven decision making to drive program improvements, Experience with risk and dependency management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and change management, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams, understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), Proficiency with project management tools (e. g. , Linear, Jira, Asana), Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, Technical background (e. g. , former engineer, technical degree)
