Full Job Description
SUMMARY Temporal underpins some of the most demanding, large-scale systems in production today. As adoption grows, customers increasingly rely on Temporal not just for correctness, but for performance, scalability, and global reliability at scale. We are hiring a Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager, Platform Infrastructure, to define and own how Temporal is positioned as a high-performance, globally scalable execution platform. You will translate deep infrastructure capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for platform engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers. This is a highly strategic, highly technical role with broad influence across product, engineering, and GTM. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own positioning & messaging for Temporal’s platform infrastructure capabilities - including performance, scalability, connectivity, replication, compute, and more. - Develop clear value propositions for how platform engineers and architects should consider running Temporal at massive scale. - Define and evolve the Temporal Nexus storytelling and shape how Nexus fits into the broader platform and architecture narratives. - Plan and execute product launches, announcements, and GTM campaigns related to Temporal's platform infrastructure capabilities. - Create high-quality external content including web pages, blogs, solution briefs, case studies, decks, and sales enablement materials. - Enable sales and solutions teams with messaging, pitch narratives, and objection handling. - Partner with product and engineering teams to influence product strategy based on market, customer and competitive insights.
