The System Memory Diagnostics team at Micron is at the forefront of validating next-generation DRAM solutions through advanced system-level testing. We work closely with product, cloud, and systems engineering teams to ensure Micron memory performs reliably across diverse platforms. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and working hands-on with cutting-edge hardware and software, this is an exciting team to be part of. As a DRAM System Diagnostics Engineer, you will build and develop tools that analyze and fix system-level compatibility and performance issues. Your work will directly impact how Micron memory is validated and optimized across real-world environments. This role combines software development with hardware-level debugging, giving you the opportunity to deepen your expertise across system architecture and memory technologies. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop DRAM diagnostic software for system-level analysis and automation * Support and enhance existing tools to improve debugging and validation workflows * Analyze system compatibility issues and debug hardware/software interactions * Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to improve diagnostic capabilities * Configure, test, and characterize systems, including motherboards, processors, and peripherals **Minimum Qualifications:** * 4+ years of experience in system and software engineering * Proficiency in C, C++, Assembly, or Python * Strong understanding of system components including CPUs, chipsets, and motherboards * Experience with Intel, AMD, or ARM architectures * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments **Pr
