Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, A sense of ownership, excellent communication skills to drive cross-team projects, Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player, frequently engaging in cross-team efforts, The ability to break down complex projects into incremental milestones that deliver customer value, Curiosity and a drive for continuous learning and improvement, Adherence to and advocacy for best coding practices, continuous delivery, and code reviews, A proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers, Good discipline and skill in producing written documentation and diagrams, deep understanding of distributed systems, collaborative mindset to redefine our internal and external data boundaries

What You'll Do.
Driving the technical vision to decouple our core payment processing platform from external-facing partner APIs
Reducing Complexity: Ensuring our integration interfaces expose only required and actionable information to effectively reduce complexity for our users
Defining Standards: Establishing clear contracts for internal platform integration and building out standardized
scalable solutions for platform partners to receive transfers seamlessly
Technical Leadership: Leading complex
cross-team projects and contributing to architecture decisions by defining key technical opinions and writing Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
