What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of hands-on experience in supplier industrialization, quality engineering, or manufacturing engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical discipline, Demonstrated technical mastery in high-volume sheet metal processing, Expert-level mastery of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles per ASME Y14.5, Proficiency in 3D CAD platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), foundational knowledge of secondary sheet metal processing, technical authority to negotiate engineering changes with supplier executives, flawless fluency in standard Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Process Flow Diagrams)

Support transfer of sheet metal components to suppliers

Support new product introduction at supplier facilities

Mitigate manufacturing issues

Lead suppliers through RCA
