What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in developing backend applications using Java and/or Kotlin, Experience with commonly used observability tools for monitoring/alerting/logging/ distributed tracing, such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog, Experience with message brokers (SNS/SQS, Kafka, or Pub/Sub), Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices, Fluent English communication skills

Experience leading initiatives that involve multiple squads or stakeholders
