Must Have
8+ years of software engineering and product delivery experience, at least 3+ years as a Senior Individual Contributor position (Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect or similar), background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems, Hands-on experience with multiple tech stacks, expertise in Java, Seasoned experience in multiple architectures, from Monoliths to Microservices to Serverless, Experience in cloud infrastructure technologies (especially GCP and AWS), past experiences with cloud migration, Experience in the e-commerce domain, Very good command of English (spoken and written), Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e. g. , GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems, Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows
Nice to Have
Openness to working in a hybrid model from our Kraków or Warsaw office once a week is required
