About the Role We are evolving toward a model where engineering teams fully own product quality, while the platform organization provides the standards, tooling, quality gates, and validation infrastructure required to scale consistently across the company. As a Staff Software Engineer in Test, you will define and lead the technical direction of our quality platform and testing strategy. You will shape how automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, contract validation, and quality intelligence operate across engineering teams and throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
