What They're Looking For.
Must Have
proficiency in Golang, with experience building and maintaining production-grade services, Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes and developing operators for it, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to reason about complex systems at scale, Solid understanding of Databases & Streaming solutions (Aurora RDS, CloudSQL, Kafka, Flink), A mindset oriented toward automation, reliability, and developer experience, Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
Nice to Have
Experience developing infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, ACK, Config Connector, Cloudformation), Familiarity with Docker, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
