What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field preferred, 6-8 years of game development experience, having participated in a full project cycle (prototype to launch) as a core engineer or lead engineer, Proficient in C++, with solid engineering capabilities and good coding habits, Ability to independently lead system design and implementation, and make key technical decisions in complex projects, Good debugging and performance optimization experience, Player perspective, able to understand the impact of technical decisions on player experience, Solid Unreal development experience (depth in one to two areas), Familiarity with Gameplay Framework, able to perform reasonable system design and implementation, Ability to make engineering trade-offs between C++ and Blueprint/Script, with practical performance optimization or issue localization experience, Up-to-date AI capabilities: Understand the basic working principles of AI Agents and have relevant practical experience, Ability to build practical tools or processes based on existing technologies to improve R&D efficiency, Ability to evaluate its effectiveness, cost, and boundaries, and use it reasonably in engineering

Nice to Have

Master's degree or higher in a computer-related field, Full project technical lead or lead engineer experience, Experience in medium to large team collaboration or technical leadership, Deeper understanding of Unreal Engine modules, Experience in systematically applying AI capabilities to teams or projects, Good English communication skills, able to conduct technical exchanges in cross-team/cross-regional collaboration
