Several years of professional experience building backend systems in Golang, Java, Python, or similar languages, Backend orientation with experience designing services, APIs, and data flows in distributed systems, Practical frontend experience with React and TypeScript, Experience with cloud-native SaaS environments, Experience with modern engineering tooling, Understanding of scalability, reliability, observability, and secure software development practices, Experience working with databases and high-throughput systems, Ability to independently drive well-defined features through full delivery, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
