Staff Software Engineer - FE Platform The Challenge We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer with a passion for solving problems to join our agile Product Engineering team at OneTrust. Principal Software Engineers are responsible for developing, contributing to decisions related to design and architecture of new frontend features while supporting existing development efforts for our industry-leading platform. Your Mission As a Platform Frontend Engineer, you will operate with a platform-first mindset, building and evolving UI capabilities that scale consistently across the entire product ecosystem. You will partner closely with UX, Product, and UI Architecture teams to design and deliver standardized, reusable UI building blocks (organisms/patterns) that enable multiple product teams to build consistent, high-quality experiences efficiently. You will focus on creating framework-level solutions rather than feature-level implementations, ensuring that all UI components are extensible, composable, and aligned with platform standards.
