About the Role Attentive’s Developer Experience team owns the infrastructure and tooling that 200+ engineers use every day to build and ship software across our Java/Spring Boot Gradle monorepo running on AWS. The team’s charter spans CI/CD, local development tooling, service scaffolding and conventions, CLI tooling, test infrastructure, and the AI integration layer that powers modern software development workflows. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Developer Experience team, you’ll serve as the technical leader for Attentive’s AI-assisted developer platform and foundational engineering productivity systems.
