What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of professional software development experience, Significant professional experience with C# or language required by the specialty, Solid experience with test automation tools (eg. MSTest, JUnit, NUnit, XUnit, Specflow, etc), Solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser requests the backend server), Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus and APMs tools, Solid experience using CI/CD tools to manage the development cycle, Experience leading architecture governance processes, Experience defining and leading RFC/ADR processes, Demonstrated success leading teams through complex challenges, Experience with large-scale distributed systems architecture, Expertise in performance optimization and scalability, track record of technical leadership between areas, Experience in defining technical strategy aligned with business objectives, Deep expertise in system design and architecture, Experience mentoring senior frontend engineers, Proven ability to influence technical decisions at organization level, executive communication skills, Experience working with stakeholders across teams, Demonstrated ability to drive technical change, Share our values, and work in accordance with those values, Ability to thrive in a remote organization, Past experience working with cloud providers (eg. Google, AWS, Azure, etc), Expertise in Kubernetes, Deliver POCs to quickly identify direction and gaps in proposed architecture, Knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, Twelve-Factor methodology, etc), Experience with development methodologies (Pair Programming, TDD, Code Review practices, etc), Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
