THE WORK: As a Staff Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure, you will own Ripple's cloud platform strategy across Azure and AWS — defining the reference architectures, governance policies, and engineering standards that enable teams to build and ship reliably at scale. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, security, product, and finance to drive FinOps practices, lead technical build reviews, and ensure infrastructure is built into the solution lifecycle from day one. Beyond the technical, you will mentor engineers, shape hiring, and serve as the principal authority teams turn to when platform decisions matter most.
