Must Have
7+ years of experience in full stack software development, 2+ years of experience leading technical initiatives, or software delivery efforts, front-end technologies such as: JavaScript / TypeScript TML5 / CSS3 React, Angular, or Vue. js, back-end development using technologies such as: Node. js,. NET, Java, or Python, RESTful APIs and microservices, relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB, Microsoft Azure cloud services, architecture patterns, and cloud security principles, Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, and Artifacts, Git-based source control and CI/CD tools, Agile/Scrum development environments, analyze, review, and adapt code with a security and risk-focused mindset, analytical, architectural, troubleshooting, and communication skills, developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications within large organizations
Nice to Have
Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies, DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and cloud-native operational practices, automated testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD), observability, monitoring, logging, and performance management platforms, Atlassian products such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, shift-left security tools such as Snyk and code quality platforms such as SonarQube, Microsoft Azure certifications or other relevant cloud certifications, leading enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives, chaos engineering a plus
