About the Role As a staff engineer for backend services at Redpin, you will be working on the designing, creating and running the product catalogue for some of our greenfield new products. We have a long roadmap ahead of us and rarely run out of interesting problems to tackle. To name some of the products we are running – we have our own core account/payments infrastructure adapted to a variety of customer segments such as Legal, Real Estate and Notaries. We work in full-stack teams, grouped under common domains. As staff engineer you will work on early engineering phases to lay the groundwork for the teams in your area. What You'll Do Own the Architecture: Define, align, and maintain the target architecture for your domain, ensuring all services and projects follow best practices and long-term technical vision.
