Our mission is to create the tools and evolve the architecture that make it dramatically easier to launch lending products in new countries, with high business impact and direct exposure to Nu’s global expansion. As a Staff Software Engineer – Lending Foundations, you will be a senior technical leader in this platform layer: defining the long-horizon technical direction for how Lending platforms scale across countries, products, and partners, and shaping how every future lending product is built across Brazil, the US, Mexico, Colombia and future markets. You will operate at platform scale — building shared infrastructure that other teams depend on for years — while working in a highly engaged, multi-level engineering group (IC7–IC4) and partnering closely with product and business leaders.
