What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10 years of software engineering experience, Go/ C++ or equivalent systems willing to work in Go day-to-day, Solid distributed systems fundamentals: consistency, failure handling, idempotency, and retry design, Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, Comfort with SQL and at least one database at production scale, Experience building or consuming REST or gRPC APIs in production systems, testing discipline — unit, integration, and fault-condition coverage
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud object storage (S3, GCS, or Azure Blob), Familiarity with SaaS API integrations (Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace, Salesforce), Kafka or similar message queue experience, Prior work in backup, storage, or data infrastructure
What You'll Do.
Own one or more platform services end to end: design
and production readiness
Own the full lifecycle of a platform service — from design through production deployment and on call support
well tested backend services in Go with a focus on correctness and operational simplicity
Design and implement integrations with SaaS APIs (M365
Salesforce) handling rate limits

Write high quality code that sets the standard for the engineers around you
Participate in design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions within your domain
