Staff Software Engineer As a Staff Software Engineer at FuzeRx, you are a principal technical leader within our technology organization, responsible for defining the architectural evolution, technical strategy, and engineering standards of our digital pharmacy platforms. This role sits within our core product engineering hierarchy, reporting directly to the Director/VP of Engineering or a Principal Engineer. Unlike traditional management paths, this is a highly technical individual contributor (IC) role.
