Your Opportunity As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of Foresight’s systems, with a focus on data architecture and portfolio reporting capabilities. Working closely with the Director of Engineering, Product, and other engineering partners, you will help build scalable, reliable backend services that support accurate, high-performance reporting for private equity and venture capital clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and product, contributing hands-on systems development while providing technical guidance and mentorship within the engineering team. Generative AI is a key component of our technology stack, and you will lead the construction of industry leading agentic AI workflows and user experiences.
