Our Retail Technology organization provides end-to-end IT management, planning, change and delivery for the Bank’s critical retail customer channels (branch, digital, ATM and contact centre), core product and origination systems. We are accountable for the current and future health of the applications within the portfolio, supporting the internal customers that use these applications and ensuring they evolve to meet changing business needs. Day to day, you will be involved in designing and implementing effective solutions across a variety of products and services. You will also help ensure that our customer service teams have the technology tools available to provide our customers with world-class end-to-end banking experience with CommBank, 24/7. **Impact &contribution: ** As a Staff Software Engineer at Commonwealth Bank, you will define and facilitate delivery of technology solutions against the group’s architecture strategy, including design and uplift of our system architectures.
