10+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, Significant experience working with Python, Hands-on experience with AWS, Understanding of microservice architecture infrastructure, Familiarity with Kubernetes, Experience designing and implementing REST APIs, Experience with CI/CD, Experience working with data stores such as Postgres, MongoDB, Experience with Git, GitLab or Github and PR/MR review process, Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written), Availability to work a hybrid schedule in Santiago, Chile (3 days per week in-office)
Nice to Have
Leadership skills, Passion for mentoring more junior engineers, Experience with running Scrum rituals (sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review and retrospective), Passion for optimizing services for scale and speed, Great desire to learn, collaborate, improve, and innovate, A-player mindset with a bias for action
