What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related or equivalent experience, Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT Operations, knowledge of digital tools, systems, and technologies relevant to manufacturing/aerospace, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced on-site at Singapore site, Demonstrated incident management in 24x7 operations, effective communication in a matrixed global organization
Nice to Have
8–12+ years in infrastructure/operations leadership within manufacturing, MRO, pharma, or heavy plant/shopfloor IT & OT exposure, Experience operating ITIL-aligned processes with measurable SLA, vendor and contract management with proven results, Exposure to ISA-95, OT security principles, segmented industrial network experience in regulated or safety-critical, prior work in multinationals with standards

Partners with shop leadership and global teams to plan and execute changes and projects
Manages vendors and telcos to meet SLAs and control costs
