As a Staff/Senior PAC (Pump, Abatement, and Chiller) Engineer within Operations Central Team (OCT) Manufacturing Technology Enablement, you will lead global efforts to improve PAC system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. You will partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to identify improvement opportunities, align global strategies, and deliver best-in-class performance. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, standardizing business processes, and enabling global collaboration to support safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. ## ## **Responsibilities** * Lead and improve global PAC business processes, including continuous improvement initiatives and alignment of Best Known Methods (BKMs). * Drive global collaboration by facilitating peer groups to align on strategy, roadmaps, and performance goals. * Evaluate PAC system performance across sites, identify gaps, and implement improvements to achieve best-in-class results. * Partner with manufacturing sites to analyze performance data and deliver improvements in safety, cost, sustainability, and equipment performance. * Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and enhance PAC system capability and reliability. * Develop and maintain PAC documentation, including specifications, configurations, and qualification requirements. * Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery through all phases from planning to implementation and review. * Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly while promoting accountability and knowledge sharing across the global network. ## ## **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field,
