Summary: Gibson Dunn is a leading global law firm, advising clients on significant transactions and disputes. Based in Los Angeles, Century City, Orange County, San Francisco or Palo Alto, the Staff Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment process for high level requisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and effectively manage all areas of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. This position is responsible for creating a positive and personalized experience for candidates, agency contacts and hiring managers while driving efficiencies and ensuring compliance. This role reports to Manager, Staff Recruiting. Responsibilities include: Manage the entire recruitment process of high-level staff positions, from requisition through onboarding and integration, for various national and international Global Services departments. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent, aligning with the firm’s long-term goals and objectives. Partner with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruiting best practices to ensure compliance, consistency and efficiency. Develop and maintain information regarding market data and talent availability and leverage this information to provide guidance to hiring managers. Actively source candidates through job boards and other recruitment platforms to ensure a strong candidate pipeline. Leverage alternative resources and tools to ensure a strategic sourcing model. Partner and build strong relationships with agency search firms to effectively communicate Gibson Dunn’s culture and strengthen and grow candidate pipeline when additional support is required.
