Responsibilities * Develop, define, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Take total ownership of the product development lifecycle from start to finish. * Partner with the Hi-Rel Division PMO lead to track critical project metrics/KPIs (schedule, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement, and manufacturability). Participate in Annual Operation Planning to estimate, forecast, and manage project/portfolio spending to ensure alignment with forecasts. * Build trust and collaborate closely with functional leadership to identify and remove execution roadblocks, mitigate risks, and continuously improve team efficiencies. * Collaborate with cross-functional peers across other business groups to harvest best practices and lessons learned, ensuring the Hi-Rel Product group remains in sync with global "One Renesas" methodologies, tools, and systems. * Partner with Demand Creation, Sales, and Marketing to align execution and sample priorities with market and customer needs. Guide the team in preparing RFI/RFQ responses for key business opportunities. * Effectively communicate project status updates to leadership, the core team, and across the organization.
