What You'll Do.
Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
Serve as liaison between project management and planning
Review status of projects
Prepare status reports
Assess project issues
Develop resolutions to meet goals
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress
Develop mechanisms for intervention and problem solving
Drive continuous development and implementing the ECD operations
Lead operations for assigned Business Units
Manage infrastructure
Manage communications and information flow
Manage workload forecasting
Coordinate security management
Engage in MS Digital Transformation
Lead reviews for ongoing projects
Identify programs' future needs
Contribute inputs to long term planning
Provide summary status information on ECD programs
Provide summary status information on investment projects
Lead all Capital expansion initiatives
Execute Capital financial performance
Track and manage internal funding
Manage cost performance
Support management of Capital planning process
Support preparation of Capital planning process
Support execution of Capital planning process
Coordinate with local Facilities
Coordinate with program teams
Coordinate with division resources
Ensure all activities align with project objectives
