Moog’s products are commonly used in safety-critical aerospace applications, requiring the highest level of performance, integrity, and reliability. This is an in-depth hands-on role contributing to the satisfactory design, analysis, development, testing, and qualification of complex, flight, and engine control products used on military and commercial aircraft. **You should be able to demonstrate proven competence, experience, and initiative in the following disciplines as encountered within the Aerospace sector:** • Electro-mechanical, Electro-hydraulic and/or Mechatronic control components/systems • Project planning and execution including task definition, estimation of task effort and duration with accountability for accuracy, and technical oversight of supporting technical staff, in collaboration with the R&D Projects Manager. • Mathematical performance modelling (e.g. Spice, Excel, MathCAD, MatLab/Simulink, FEA) • 3D design and 2D drawing creation • Knowledge of aerospace materials and their properties • Knowledge of common machining and fabrication processes • Development of assembly techniques and associated tooling • Development of qualification test methods • Compilation of clear and concise analysis and test r
