Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field, 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy assets, gas processing, or power systems through the full project lifecycle, Experience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects, Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Spanish fluency preferred, Experience executing projects in Spain preferred

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to make molecules to decarbonize our world! Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. We are seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead the execution of our European electrolysis plant projects. We are looking for an experienced technical leader who is seeking a challenge and wants to make a major impact. In this role, you will serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate the efforts of our US-based engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes in Europe. You will lead a team responsible for individual elements of the project, ensuring strong coordination across teams and seamless overall project execution. This role is based in Europe. Primary Responsibilities • Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment • Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements • Work effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum • Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes • Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning • Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making and tradeoffs • Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders • Analyze and evaluate complex project challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impacts to project timelines and costs • Conduct regular fabricator visits during the fabrication phase and site visits during construction and commissioning to assess progress and work with responsible teams to resolve issues • Onboard and manage external resources to support projec
