Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and execute complex customer engagements, owning architecture, deployment, operationalization, and documentation of observability and telemetry solutions across enterprise environments. Act as a technical authority during customer implementations, guiding design decisions and ensuring successful integration of large-scale data platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales engineering, support, and customer success to deliver end-to-end solutions. Develop best practices, runbooks, workshops, training materials, and technical documentation to support customer enablement and internal knowledge sharing. Provide technical leadership in cloud and big data environments, supporting deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems. Optimize and troubleshoot complex enterprise systems involving telemetry, security, and observability data pipelines. Facilitate knowledge transfer, mentoring, and enablement sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams. Occasionally support global customers across time zones, including flexible working hours when required for critical engagements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or enterprise data/observability engineering roles. Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise deployment architectures. Deep knowledge of observability and security data tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Grafana, Exabeam, or Azure Sentinel. Experience working with distributed systems and enterprise technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and automation frameworks. Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments, with strong command-line and systems troubleshooting skills. Scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript or similar) for automation and workflow development.
