What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in product management with a track record of owning consumer-facing products, Experience with AI-powered search or recommendations, personalization systems, or RFP/contracting workflows in the events or hospitality space

Own and evolve the strategy for how businesses discover
and book spaces through Engine
Own the consumer-facing product from search through booking
Drive conversion and engagement by identifying and building features to improve the funnel
Lead automation and AI-powered innovation to eliminate friction across the booking journey
Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering
Define and monitor KPIs across conversion
