About the Role Jump has strong engagement with advisors on Meet where they see immediate value. The opportunity now is depth: getting advisors to use Jump across more of their workflow, more consistently, and in ways that make switching feel unthinkable. This is a Staff PM role focused entirely on engagement, frequency, breadth, and depth of product use across the advisor base. It's as much a commercial role as a product role. You'll own the metrics that tie directly to retention and expansion, and you'll work across the full product surface to move them.
