What You’ll Do UnitedMasters is looking for a Staff Product Manager to operate as a force multiplier across the organization: setting product strategy for entire problem spaces, driving outsized business results, and raising the bar for how the entire product team builds. You will obsess over the functional and emotional needs of music creators and independent music labels at every stage of their growth, while pioneering how AI reshapes both what we build for artists and how we build it. As a Staff PM, you are expected to lead through influence rather than authority, tackle our most ambiguous and highest-leverage problems, and mentor other PMs in the craft.
