What You Will Do Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-first Digital Retail experiences across web and mobile. Identify high-impact consumer and dealer workflow problems that can be solved through agentic experiences (e.g., guided buying, personalized vehicle matching, trade-in optimization, finance pre-qualification, appointment scheduling, Checkout) Define and deliver AI agent workflows that can reason, invoke tools/APIs, and complete tasks reliably with human-in-the-loop and escalation paths where needed. Translate business objectives into clear PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Partner with Data/AI and Engineering to define agent architecture requirements: tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, latency and more. Establish quality and safety guardrails: evaluation frameworks, prompt/tooling guidelines, PII handling, policy enforcement. Drive experimentation and measurement: A/B testing, staged rollouts, feature flags, and continuous improvement loops. Work cross-functionally to align stakeholde
