What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of product management experience, at least 5 years on identity, data platforms, AI/ML products, or developer/runtime platforms at scale, Proven track record of driving platform strategy in a complex, multi-product B2B environment, track record of aligning competing stakeholders on a shared platform vision
Nice to Have
Exceptional communicator and strategic, able to write crisp strategy docs, present to C-suite, and run structured decision-making processes, Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management workflows, or cybersecurity strongly preferred, Experience with data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) embedded in product and engineering processes
