You won't be handed a roadmap and told to execute it. You'll look across the entire product, find the problems that matter most, and drive them to resolution. That might mean fixing something that's quietly killing retention, untangling a user journey that crosses three surfaces, or deciding how a new capability should behave everywhere it shows up. You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside a small product team that has high standards and moves fast. No layers, no committees, real decisions.
