What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with Python, Experience with React, Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Experience with Terraform, Experience with Docker, Strong Java background, Experience with Spring Boot, Familiarity with Kafka, Familiarity with Redis, Extensive product management experience, preferably dealing with developer-facing products, platform infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, Platform Mindset, Technical Fluency, Internal Customer Mindset, Structured Thinker, Clear Communicator, Experience working with financial data (custodians, transactions, positions, security masters) or enterprise security/data reconciliation processes
Nice to Have
Kubernetes a plus, Experience with Temporal is a major plus, Advanced certs (CCIE, CISSP), Cloud certs (AWS SAA, Azure Admin)
