What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of Product Management experience, with a sustained track record of shipping complex, technical products at scale., Direct experience building with LLMs, agents, or other AI/ML systems in a production environment — or a demonstrated ability to ramp on these quickly., intuition for non-deterministic product design: how to spec, test, and evaluate systems that don’t behave the same way twice., Excellent communication and writing skills — you can take a fuzzy strategic problem and turn it into a tight, well-argued spec., Ability to solve complex, technical problems with creative, practical, scalable solutions while managing tradeoffs., Durability and grit — AI products require many iterations, especially as dependencies and underlying models evolve., Bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset — you use data-based arguments to convince others and generate meaningful progress., Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience in adtech, demand-side platforms, or programmatic advertising is a plus but not required.
What You'll Do.
