ABOUT LIVEKIT LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the agentic era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe AI agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice and agentic AI applications for OpenAI, Salesforce, Spotify, Meta, and tens of thousands of other developers, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year. ABOUT THIS ROLE We're looking for a Product Manager to own LiveKit's Agent Observability product: how teams understand, debug, and trust what their voice agents do in production. Our PM team is small and high-leverage, with each PM coming in to establish the foundations in a new area of the business. Observability is one of the most important new products at LiveKit. It's central to our strategy, a surface of huge value to customers, and a category still in its infancy. You'd own it as the sole PM. You'll set the vision and roadmap for the whole observability suite, from traces and recordings to dashboards, evals, and quality metrics, and partner closely with the engineering team that builds it. The product has to serve two very different users at once: the engineer debugging why a call went wrong, and the non-technical operator reviewing quality, cost, and agent behavior. That makes it as hard at the UX layer as it is under the hood. The category for voice AI observability is being defined right now, and you'll be shaping a product used by some of the largest companies deploying voice agents at scale.
