We are looking for an exceptional, senior-level Staff Product Designer (L4) to join our Channels UX team and serve as the core design leader for Twilio's Voice Products. In this role, you will own the user experience for our global cloud communications primitives and real-time voice infrastructure. This includes critical systems like Programmable Voice, Elastic SIP Trunking, and Call Telemetry/Insights. You will join a high-impact team that oversees all of Twilio's foundational communications channels, including Messaging, Email, and Voice, helping us treat channels agnostically to design cohesive, multi-channel journeys.
